Most people know how to promote their physical health - for example, through a healthy diet or daily exercise. It is also common knowledge that an intact environment and a good working environment are beneficial to health. Mental health, on the other hand, is hardly ever discussed. Many of us do have recipes for crises and are able to cope with everyday stress to a greater or lesser extent. But what do you do when everything threatens to get out of hand?
